At Creative Insight Mental Wellness, I specialize in working with professionals who are looking to use psychotherapy to address their current issues and help build stronger relationships both at work and at home. My focus is on helping clients improve their overall well-being through the use of goal-oriented, holistic, and mindful-based approaches to treatment. With a wide range of specialty areas including grief and loss, anxiety and depression, and career challenges such as burnout and overachievement/overperforming, I can help you overcome your challenges one step at a time.
Virtual therapy is accessible as ever! Whether you book an appointment to talk over the phone or video chat, I offer a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your current needs and goals. I'd like to help you explore where you are at in life and see what options may be available for working through whatever it is that concerns you. I often pull from CBT and Mindfulness techniques to help people with anxiety, depression, and other issues around stress, self-care, and wellness.

This is a service for any parent or caregiver. Sometimes it may just be a small tweak here or a disagreement in parenting styles holding you back — which could be a consultation or a few sessions for any parent or caregiver who may need support right now. This can be especially helpful if you’re tired of feeling stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed by the emotional and physical demands of parenting. Let's get back to some kind of harmony and balance!
WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?
I'm excited to meet you virtually! Virtual therapy is a great option for those who want to invest in themselves, but find the logistics of commuting out of their way. In your first session, we will explore your previous relationship with therapy or discuss this being your first time reaching out! We can review any questions you may have about therapy and my professional experience. It's important to ask questions so we can determine if I am a good fit for you. If you are up for it, perhaps we can make some art together - Alternatively, sometimes making art in session can be challenging so I will give you a prompt or a thought to bring with you until our next session. There is no judgment and what you say stays in therapy! Having some basic art supplies at home may be helpful but we can get creative with anything. And of course, there is no pressure to make art, we can just chat as well!
